Day 1
Arrival at the Zvartnots international airport. Transfer to the hotel. Rest.

City tour. Visit the statue of Mother of Armenia, view point of Yerevan city. In that place, there are replaced the tanks, aircraft from Second World War. Afterward visit Cafesjian Sculpture Garden is located at the base of the Cascade and presents one of the finest collections of monumental sculpture found anywhere in the world. Its unobstructed walkways, long vistas, and formal garden areas have been specially designed to provide a modern setting for large-scale sculpture by such internationally recognized figures as Fernando Botero, Lynn Chadwick, Jaume Plensa, Barry Flanagan, Yue Minjun. In the afternoon visit Armenian Matenadaran manuscript museum (closed on Sunday and Monday). Manuscript, fragments of manuscript, documents, old printed books, precious bindings, individual miniatures, and more are shown from the Matenadaran’s database of roughly 23,000 manuscripts. Visit Armenian traditional Market, where you can see Armenian women`s masterpieces how they design their products for sale. As in winter time there are not fruits so in market you will find various kinds of dry fruits. Then continue to Yerevan Railway station. The first Yerevan Railway station was built in 1902, connected Yerevan to Gyumri and Tbilisi (Georgian capital) and the second connection was with Persia. Nowadays building is from Soviet times and it is typical Soviet style building. There is underground metro. From there seat metro to the Republic Square of Yerevan and from the Republic square to walk to the Opera house.

Day 3
Drive to Gyumri (about 2hours), City tour in Gyumri by walking (if the weather is good walk, if not by car) . Visit Amenaprkich church, which was built the same style as there was in Ani. Then walk down to the Russian church. This city is interesting for Russians as it was economic and cultural center of Armenia. Nowadays it has military important meaning, so there are Russians soldiers in this city. Visit Museum of National Architecture and Urban life (closed on Monday).
If there will be snow in Gyumri to make some snow activity with locals.

Day 4
Drive to square visit 7 Wound church, where there are things from Greek and Catholic churches, when these two churches were destroyed. Near the church there is a Master street where there were different masters making iron, wood, ceramic. Walk or drive to Villa Kars, where you can see how Armenians drawing on the ceramic. Gyumri is a cultural center of Armenia, there are a lot of famous Armenian writers, artists, musicians from this city. Then visit Aslamazyan sisters` museum, it is amazing with its masterpieces.

Day 5
Drive back to Yerevan. On the way visit Mastara church (5th c.)The architecture of Mastara is interesting because of its the four projecting apses, inward-facing circular and outward facing polygonal, offer the requisite supports to hold up the imposing polygonal cupola. Drive to Ashtarak city, visit Karmravor church(7th c.), inside you can see mural paintings,which was founded recently after cleaning the walls. During the years inside of the church was lighted candles and all wall were covered with black soot so the painting were under it. Return back to Yerevan.

Day 6
Visit Parajanov museum, the museum’s collection includes installations, collages, assemblages, drawings, dolls, and hats. Drive to Vagharshapat. Visit Hripsime church (7th c. UNESCO), then Echmiadzin cathedral (4th c. UNESCO)) is the seat of the Catholicos of all Armenians, the Holy center of Armenian Christianity. In Echmiadzin museum (closed on Monday) you can see a part of Noah`s ark and Holly spear.
Return to Yerevan. Stay in Yerevan.
