Participating in Culinary tours not only you will taste delicious Armenian dishes but also to study cook by yourself. Depend on the season the food and dishes are totally different, so whenever you arrive you will make the dishes in that season. 

There is sample of tour

Day 1
Arrive. transfer to the hotel.

Day 2
City tour in Yerevan. Visit Cascade art garden. Then Matenadaran – institute and museum of medieval manuscripts. During the lunch, you will have master class to see how the famous chief making Armenian dishes.  In the afternoon visit traditional market. Then Cognac Factory (Armenian brandy from 1887), where you will be introduced the cognac making process.  Overnight in Yerevan 

Day 3
Drive to Etchmiadzin town, Visit the Cathedral (303AD) (if it is Sunday you can see Holy Mass, if not except Monday, visit museum of Echmiadzin) St.Hripsime (618AD) . Lunch. Visit locals to cook together. For making Armenian food it takes time, during the process you will enjoy different Armenian interesting stories or songs. Overnight in Yerevan. 

Day 4
Drive to Kotayk region. On the way Charents Arch (view on Mt Ararat). Visit Geghard monastery (12-13th cc.) carved in rocks. Visit Garni pagan temple (1st c. A.D.) and the ruins of the fortress (2nd c. B.C.) in Garni village. To see Armenian bread making procedure. Armenian bread lavash is inscribed in 2014 (9.COM) on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Overnight in Yerevan.
